Career

Son of Louis Justin RICHAUME, a violin Maker and of Marie-Augustine FETIQUE, Sister of Victor FETIQUE. He certainly served his apprenticeship in the workshop of Emile OUCHARD, in Mirecourt.
In 1927, he joined his uncle, Victor FETIQUE in Paris. He stayed there during five years.

Workshop
In 1932 André RICHAUME set up his own workshop at 60 Boulevard de Clichy at Paris. His work, always of very good quality, has been influenced by Eugène SARTORY and Jules FETIQUE, but is slightly stronger in the main features.
